Throughout the past years, ABP has regularly upgraded its Human Resource management techniques to keep up with the fast pace of evolving international standards and norms; turning itself into an ‘Organizational Business & Development Department’ as known in the PEPSI world.
The department is now involved in regular organizational behavior activities, as well as specialized trainings for each department, making sure that the proper procedures are implemented. They also handle various specialized sections like Saudization, Recruitment & Legal issues.
Currently, ABP stands tall with its HR functions running all the required operations, to have an effective, productive and profitable outcome fulfilling all the business’ needs.
