During the last decade, the Saudi Government has laid great emphasis on the need for the Saudi workforce to play a much expanded role within the Saudi Arabian economy in the private sectors.
 
Aljomaih Bottling Plants has always held the national direction as a key part of its vision and takes special care in recruiting & training Saudi Nationals. The Company is committed to enhancing job and career opportunities for Saudi nationals in all the sectors where it operates. To achieve this, the Company has launched recruitment campaigns to attract qualified Saudi nationals who are given the opportunity to join and to progress within the Company in accordance with their own skills and abilities.
 
 
What are we doing
In order to source, attract and recruit qualified Saudi nationals,  provide effective and timely induction, orientation, training & development programs and to better manage and retain Saudi recruits, we have implemented the following strategy: 
 
 
In addition to the above, the Company offers different training & induction programs to help many Saudi ambitious youngsters holding various educational certificates (university, diploma, secondary school certificate) in developing their skills and then employing them in Aljomaih Bottling Plant or any other Company within AlJomaih Holding Group.
 
Way Forward
We believe that our Saudization program is striving to continuously increase workforce participation of Saudi nationals in the Company in all work areas.
